AGM 2019

On Friday 8th November the Old Loughtonians’ Association held there 94th Annual General Meeting and reunion dinner at the Old Loughtonians Hockey Club venue in Luxborough Lane Chigwell.

The AGM recorded that they were sorry that Andrew Kaye was unable to attend and take the chair due to health reasons. Everyone wished him well and hoped to see him in the near future.

Roger Timms had already advised us that he was going to step down as Treasurer after many years of loyal service, but would wish to remain on the committee. Roger was already Honorary President of the Association in appreciation of his hard work over the years. Humphrey Wheeler (1951) already the Assistant Treasurer agreed to take over the responsibility of Treasurer.

Apart from that, the AGM took it’s usual path but the Secretary was pleased to confirm that we have gained two additional committee members this year. David McAdams (1955) and Christopher Tomkins (1966) offered their assistance and were welcomed to the committee.
